Standard Cutter Head
Our standard cutter head is the perfect tool for most asphalt applications. It has been designed to pulverize asphalt from 1 inch to 12 inches thick, quickly reducing it to reusable material. Available in 24″, 30″, 36″, 48″ and 72″.
Extra Fine Cutter Head
The Extra Fina Cutter Head was developed to pulverize thin asphalt and layered chipseal. With twice the number of teeth it is able to effectively pulverize thinner material into reusable roadbase with very little effort. Available in 30″ for the AZ-300B, 36″ and 48″ sizes for all other compatible models.
Z-Mag Cutter Head
Different asphalt densities and thicknesses sometimes required different solutions. For reclamation jobs where asphalt thickness is consistently 6″-12″, a more aggressive cutter head can help you cut faster. This cutter head is designed to give you 20-30% more production with 2″ high locator blocks. Not available for the AZ-300. Available in 24″, 30″, 36″ and 48″.
